    What is 3 Day Eviction Notice?
    The 3 day eviction notice is a notice which has been slapped on you by your landlord as the payment of your rent is late or it has not been paid in full. This notice must be in writing

    How To Prepare The 3 Day Eviction Notice

    The Eviction Process begins by way of a proper Eviction Notice Form and it can also include court appearances along with a trial. This form or Notice to Quit should be individually passed to the tenant about 3 days before the tenant is anticipated to evict. When the eviction date is near the bailiff will explain to the tenant the cause to be evicted and also that you should leave the home immediately. You will also be given 10 mines to pack a few individual items. Soon after this you will have fourteen days to collect the rest of their possessions including their clothes as well as furniture.
